ELDERFLOWER TONIC WATER

The elderflower adds this really lush, aromatic layer that makes the tonic feel almost like a fancy garden in a glass. Mixed it with gin and it was dangerously smooth, the floral notes balanced the bitterness perfectly.

The floral top notes are so pronounced they almost smell like fresh elderflower bushes, which makes this tonic genuinely interesting to sip on its own, let alone with gin. I've tried a lot of mixers and this one's aroma is in a different league entirely.
